At FYidoctors, we want you to love your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all frames and non-prescription sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
